Just two days after the feast itself, the ERDA Tech community celebrated the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary with a Mass officiated by the School Chaplain, Fr. Sigmund “Munching” de Guzman of the Society of Jesus.
In his homily, Fr. Munching talked about the virtues of the Blessed Mother, such as faith, trust, and courage as she took on a very special role in God’s plan for the salvation of mankind. Fr. Munching also encouraged the community, specially the students, to live their lives according to these values so that they too, can find fulfillment and realize their goal of eventually being in the loving embrace of God.
